...Because I don’t have the space, time, nor money to own something that nice. It’s semi-rare to find a FC without a sunroof; it’s about as hard as finding a hardtop 4th-gen F-body with a V8 and a manual.

Words from the owner:
Hi! My name is Zach and I am selling my 1988 Mazda Rx7. I love this car but I recently got a new daily driver so I am going to have to let it go. Below are the specs on it. Also, I have the service records that go all the way back to when the car was originally purchased.
Pros:
-16x8 +30 Rear 16x7 +30 Front BBS Rims imported from Japan
-Turbo II brake upgrade
-5 Lug swap
-Arp Extended wheel studs
-ST front and rear sway bars
-Exedy clutch with less than 20k miles
-Racing beat true dual header and presilencer into a 2 to 1 single muffler (provides more low end torque)
-KYB Adjustable shocks and struts
-Tanabe GF210 Springs
-Cd player with usb and aux
-Brand new AC compressor (new, not a remanufacture, unfortunately there is a leak in the line somewhere)
Cons:
-Ac currently does not work since there is a leak in the line somewhere (heat does work)
-A few small dings since this car is 28 years old
I am asking $4800 obo. The best way to reach me is to call me. I usually work till around 4 on weekdays so if I don’t answer I’ll try to get back to you asap.
Thanks!

What's so bad about having the sunroof?

Non sunroof cars are more desirable for competition use because they are lighter and more structurally rigid

Plus, they don't leak if you live somewhere wet

That too. But its generally an easy enough fix.

And lighter where it matters most, the top of the car.
